For this WOD you will need the following equipment:
i-pod, wrist wraps, cell phone, 1 gallon jug of water, 1 liter of protein shake
Stand in front of mirror and check yourself.
Complete a set of 10 preacher curls @ 70lbs-rest for 60 seconds - repeat X 3
Send text, chat with friends, check self in mirror
Complete a set of 8 lateral raises - rest 60 for seconds - repeat X 3
Send text, address any body or facial blemishes in the mirror preferably over the drinking fountain.
Complete one set of 12 (endurance set) of calf raises - rest for 60 seconds - repeat X 3
Go chug protein drink - sit and listen to i-pod, check self in mirror
