For as many minutes as possible:
On the minute, every minute sprint 20 yards...
1st minute 20 yards, 2nd 40 yards, 3rd 60 yards, etc...
*Rest 2 minutes at completion of sprints.
Followed by 2 minutes of:
Max Rep Hand Release Push-Ups
