5 Strict Pull-Up / Supine Ring Row...NO KIPPING! Racks from earlier can be used as a bodyweight row station.
10 Hand Release Push-Ups
15 Med Ball Front Squats...Ball is in Rack Position.
20 Sit-Ups
UNR CF Team / Affiliate Verification will happen Friday Nights @ 6:30pm. We will start tomorrow night @ 6:30pm. This is the only day and time we will be verifying for the CrossFit Open. (Fridays @ 6:30 pm).
