2 x 7 minutes AMRAP:
*Rest 4 minutes between AMRAPs

*Rest 4 minutes.
#2 - 7 minute AMRAP:
30 Air Squats
3 Bound Jumps for max distance
*Try to jump as far as possible in 3 jumps each round.
