1 Barbell (Back) Squat (Heaviest Possible)
1 Strict Press (Heaviest Possible)
1 DL (Heaviest Possible)
500 Meter Row
*The goal is to reach the highest possible Total (lbs/kg) per round + Fastest time for round.
*Clock Starts at begininng of each Round.
*Rest no more than 5 minutes between Rounds...you may want to set up three bars.
Ex: Rd1 = Squat 300, Press 150, DL 400 + 500 meter Row = Total weight of 850 in 3 minutes for entire Round.
